JNKVV is recruiting 6 Contractual Teachers for College of Agriculture, Panna, on an honorarium basis for the 2026-27 session. Walk-in interview is on 22 September 2026 at Jabalpur. Essential qualifications include B.Sc. (Hons) Agriculture, M.Sc. in relevant discipline, and NET or Ph.D. in the relevant subject. Salary up to Rs. 35,000/- per month. Qualification: B.Sc. (Hons) Agriculture with at least 55% marks or equivalent OGPA; M.Sc. in relevant discipline with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade; NET (ICAR-ASRB/UGC/CSIR) in relevant subject OR Ph.D. in relevant subject as per UGC norms; Knowledge of Computer Applications desirable.

Eligibility: Indian citizen; not currently employed on regular basis in any government/aided/private institution in MP or India; ability to teach in English and/or Hindi; retired teachers below 70 years may be considered if fresh candidates are not available.

Experience: Teaching/research/extension experience preferred; retired teachers below 70 years may be considered if fresh candidates are not available.

Salary / Pay Scale: Rs. 1,600/- per day, maximum Rs. 35,000/- per month (honorarium basis)

Job Description

Jawaharlal Nehru Krishi Vishwa Vidyalaya (JNKVV) invites eligible candidates for walk-in interviews for 6 Contractual Teacher posts (honorarium basis) at College of Agriculture, Panna, across the departments of Agronomy, Entomology, Extension Education, Plant Breeding & Genetics, Plant Pathology, and Agricultural Economics & Farm Management. The walk-in interview will be held on 22 September 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Office of the Dean, College of Agriculture, Jabalpur. Essential qualifications include B.Sc. (Hons) Agriculture and M.Sc. in relevant discipline with minimum 55% marks, along with NET or Ph.D. in the relevant subject. Knowledge of computer applications is desirable. Candidates must not be on regular payroll of any institution. Retired teachers below 70 years may be considered if fresh candidates are unavailable. The position is purely temporary and on an honorarium basis, with a maximum monthly pay of Rs. 35,000/-. All candidates must bring a Demand Draft of Rs. 500/- in favour of Dean, College of Agriculture, Panna, and all required documents.
