Organization: Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Limited (IFFCO)
Qualification: Four Years B.Sc. (Agriculture) Full-Time Regular Degree from a University/Institute recognized by the UGC/AICTE. Minimum 60% aggregate for General/OBC, 55% for SC/ST.
Eligibility: Indian citizens only. Maximum age 30 years as on 01/09/2026 (relaxation: SC/ST 5 years, OBC non-creamy layer 3 years). Must be well versed in reading, writing, and speaking the regional language of the State for which the application is made. Knowledge of Hindi desirable.
Salary / Pay Scale: Stipend during training: Rs. 33,300 per month. Basic pay on absorption: Rs. 37,000 per month (Pay Scale Rs. 37,000–70,000) plus allowances as per organization rules.

Job DescriptionIndian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Limited (IFFCO) invites online applications for the post of Agriculture Graduate Trainee (AGT) for 2026. Selected candidates will undergo a one-year training period with a stipend of Rs. 33,300 per month. Upon successful completion and subject to organizational requirements, candidates may be absorbed at a basic pay of Rs. 37,000 per month in the pay scale of Rs. 37,000–70,000. Applicants must possess a four-year B.Sc. (Agriculture) degree with minimum marks as specified, be Indian citizens, and meet the age and language requirements. The selection process includes a preliminary online test, final online test, personal interview, and medical examination. Applications must be submitted online by 14 October 2026.
